M series Chassis

"Thinklaser" markers have evolved to be the optimum combination of performance, reliability and flexibility. Available as CO2 - Nd:YAG or Fibre configurations this M series marker comes to you as a totally engineered solution and is quite unique in its approach to meeting industrial marking requirements.

Designed and manufactured to reflect both the flexible and ergonomic process requirements the system comprises of a fully integrated laser, Class 1 marking enclosure and free standing chassis. The rugged design and construction means the unit can be configured to provide stand alone operation or be fully integrated into production line environments.

The flexibility of the design allows us to configure each chassis, from a range of standard modules, to meet most applications (marking enclosure size, mark area size, extraction etc). In addition the marking medium can be selectable, Nd:YAG, Fibre or CO2.

The system uses the industry standard Windows as the operating platform. The operational graphical interface makes editing menus intuitive and easy to use. Familiar pull-down menus allow you to edit a wide variety of functions, select text with true type or single stroke fonts, enter or select logos, barcodes and 2D matrix codes. Generate single or array layouts in front of you on the system monitor.

The product can be provided with a range of standard handler configurations including rotary indexers, high speed shuttle beds, 2 and 3 axis tables as well as palletised conveyor systems.
