Lightwriter Series Chassis
One of the most compact, yet versatile, laser marking products available today is the Lightwriter which comprises of a fully integrated marking head, Class 1 worksite safety enclosure and PC with software; all designed into a chassis that is available in two distinctive forms - Stand alone and Table top.
The chassis design allows for our technical group to choose from a selection of laser sources in order to optimise the material application, and to select a process area specific to your production needs. The result - a true "Plug & Play" marking solution. The unit operates from a single-phase electrical supply and has no water cooling requirements.
As with all thinklaser marking solutions, there are a wide range of additional enhancements that may provide a more effective solution.

These include: AutoZ (focal) control, Automation (see custom solutions for examples of how the Lightwriter can be modified to incorporate handling) and Custom Software tools for application specific control. All of our Class 1 systems are equiped with extraction ports, viewing windows, internal lights for process viewing and fully guarded interlocks for operational safety.
The onboard PC operates from a Windows platform and includes the graphical interface that allows you to create "jobfiles" suitable to your marking requirements. The operational graphical interface makes editing menus intuitive and easy to use. Familiar pull-down menus allow you to edit a wide variety of functions, select text with true type or single stroke fonts, enter or select logos, barcodes and 2D matrix codes, and generate single or array layouts in front of you on the system monitor.
